could you expand more on their "overheating battery draining"? eg symptoms, timing eg overnight? or during the day? trigger events?

asking because i have seen this on previous phones, so trying to see if there is similar, or there is possibly a correlation.

Normal use for me last time on F1 got damn hot that I had to stop using it. Their battery drain also crazy... can see the battery drop damn fast after a while of usage

tks, looks like different from my situations - 1+5, Mi Note 10 Pro, S21+. on fri/sat/sun night (no pattern), phone would at night, between 0200-0800, would go into some high cpu state, become hot, and high discharge rate. If less than 70+% battery before sleeping, then phone would be flat next morning. Sometimes, wake up and find phone at <10%.

tried many ways to track down whether system or app, no success. Wiped/factory reset, just log to google account. same thing happened. gave up and changed phones over time.

F1 was known for overheating.. but recent models dun seem to have overheating issues.. at least the F4 and X6 that my family have are ok..

I feel is worth it ba. The pricings are lower than the pricing from 9.9 and 10.10.

I think mi.com ships locally as they mentioned 1 to 3 business days. Official stores from shopee and lazada ships from overseas HK warehouse

to be honest the difference btw x6 pro & F6 very minimal unless one game (~30% GeekBench gpu benchmark)

im on the fence btw x6 pro 8/256 $268 vs f6 8/256 $327 as well, justifying $60 for better gaming
or just keep using my f5 till f7 out
