most of the fault lies on the zharbohz... but by the last 3 arrows to the traffic light... the driver ish notch supposed to accelerate... getting ready to brake by the last arrow if traffic light turns amber then... sho if see the zharbohz by the 2nd or last arrow... still in time to brake de... most of the drivers always like to zham gas pedal as long as it ish green light...

Somemore it’s in the wee hours of the morning, not many cars on the road, usually will not bother to slow down.
