Oppo Find X8 Series

Been using the x8 for the past few days from s24+. From 6.7 inch to 6.59 inch display, still getting used to the smaller screen. Battery life definitely better.

But the UI is damn smooth than s24+. But for me, oneui seems more polished especially creating folders in app drawer. I use Google discover which doesn't work with other launchers.

Maybe 2025 see any new phones with 6.7 display and bigger battery. But pretty sure the s25 series won't get a larger battery capacity.

I ordered mine from here and paste it liao. Almost full coverage with black borders. But there's very slight gap at the sides if my eyes are not wrong. There's more photos in the taobao link below. Fingerprint unlock no issue

using smartdevil TP on my X8.. so far so good..compatible with the original tpu case that given with the box.

no longer have any fingerprint..no black border or white border which u need to put the liquid...

Finally feels so much better now
Using the 2.5D version, the film really cmi for long term use. Fingerprint unlock is 100%.

Discovered another feature. I needed to purchase car insurance and went online to obtain quotes. In these 2 days, I received phone calls from Budget Direct and Direct Asia. These 2 insurance companies are not in my contacts. However, incoming calls was able to identify these calls were from these 2 insurance companies. This has never happened before in my previous Android phones. Wonder if these are the new Ai features.

Not sure how I feel about this new feature. While convenient, could it be spoofed, thus leading to more victims being scammed?

If no glue then your fingerprint success rate will be quite bad and the protector might flip out.

looks ok at the moment..100% fingerprint success rate for X8 pro tempered glass protector.

Somehow after using the lens protector, the 10x zoom pics is not as clear as taking without the protector. This box wording is about 5mm height and is about 5 meters away from me. This pic is without the lens protector (225mm, f/4.3 1/21s ISO2000)

Have ah. Samsung and Google phones do that too. Include scam call alert too.

Yes the ver 301 have been pushed out last week for pro series.

never ever paste anything on the lens. it will degrade your photo quality or the pictures turn out weirdly.

just like why people don't paste a tempered glass on their DSLR lens.
