In Japan u buy 白色恋人chocolate, much cheaper yes? Why? Because it's a locally produced product. No export, no nothing.

The commenter made it clear - it's not apple to apple just because u compare the same food.

One food that is rarer in one country is obviously going to be more expensive. Does it seem to you like nasi lemak or cai png is a norm there?? NO DUH.

So by using something that's alrdy pricy, to compare and say our cost of living is "not that bad", you just PROVED WE ARE THAT BAD.
