4) Near to bus stop/MRT
5) Near to coffee shops / food places

Almost all who give comment about it have never stayed at highest floor.

1. No low floors and never the highest floor
2. Dont take the unit beside the lift and rubbish chute, but not a big issue at all if the floor has only 3-4 units.
3. Corner units are the best choice
4. If you have a choice of cluster blocks, choose the block away from the main road, eatery etc...
5. Morning sun is ok, evening sun is not.

Really wanna point out but I scared they wise up and take better units. Trying hard to keep my mouth shut n hope they all pick wrong.

Eh? Evening Sun into living, bed room, your room will be hotter than usual, doesn’t help if ppl are at home after evening time?!

Mitigate with solar film. Natural light is really quite nice. If too much can use curtain but not enough cannot add.

Many things can use engineering to control... West sun no. All the house I stay all NS facing...

Mine I get morning sun in the Living room and bedroom at an angle and evening sun at the yard. So far so good. Solar film made a significant difference. At least 2 degrees difference in room temp after being out the whole day.

Beside lift lobby.

Highest floor means u get free sauna daily and if helicopters fly by, u are the first to know, besides lift lobby is bad only if u are on the level where the lift will auto park, it's the first and 8th for me here.

Ihv stay in 1 for 15yr.

I have also stay in 2nd floor for 10years.

The two extreme end I stay before

Next year I moving to 10th floor liao which I think is the worst of the 3 lol
