why SG no Boxing day & Easter Monday PHs like HK?

Got boxing day here, fistfight in kopitiam consider as boxing day ?It's for all,can fight,like buffet.But if overdone, need to change to throw chairs, table break Day.Cleaners will kpcb this Simi day as tuupig day.
