i hope they will help u. no need to absorb everything but as u read, i think certain things will get into yr subconscious then u can slowly start to change & form new habits. but dont need to be hard on yrself, healing & improving comes in layers, like an onion. u peel off one layer there will be something else underneath to uncover.

it all made sense to me, but i derived it from interacting with countless scumbags, idiots & saints from all nationalities, ages & sexes including lgbt. fortunately i didn't meet too many scumbags. there are quite alot of idiots, as in people who gave you very minor trouble. but i'm glad to say most people are actually very kind. i've even met saints before. they treated me so well that i will remember them forever

smart ppl are negative, i was like this also but then both are two sides of the same coin. the negative side is true so cannot discount that, but if its making u feel bad mentally then its yr job to change things. i dont believe in fake positivity also. i believe in realistic/stoic kinda thinking. hope for the best but prepared for the worst. if things dont go my way i always got plan B.
