No difference? Two thirds of office newcomers are SPRs, whether they want to become Citizens or not.
Blue collar or outside such as reno contractors 70 or 90% Work Pass holders, SCs are "no skill ones", taking a cut from their hard earned incomes only - bosses?
PAP will still win but lose some votes only - it is an easier playground, "lie flat" also got 99LH 2-room flexi flats, better than 1 bedder FH, can buy JB property but earn SG scholarships and sweep all the iron-rice bowl silver serpents careers.
