Not unusual. My brother's been staying HDB since he moved back to SG a decade ago. Also one large people mover and one sports car. This isn't even a case of there being two professionals in the household. Only one person has a license. The other cat literally lounges at home all day most of the time.

My block got one family own 2 EA, ah ma/ah kong one unit, son and daughter in law and kids another unit, both side by side. 8 bedrooms, 2 study rooms, 3200 sq ft. Drive new Alphard, also power. Hahaha! Smart family, so much space. Share one huge car enough for all.

True. This area, the nearest condo is Kallang riverside. That cos like 4-5 million for the same space. HDB here only cost 1.1 mil.

I just impressive that quite a few of such supercar folks wanna move into a HDB. I would think they would want a minimum condo.

You are right, maybe really not everyone is interested in a posh house and perhaps some are car lovers and maybe they dun mind a HDB followed by a supercar.

Investing into a few 4K60 car cams for use in a public carpark is cheap compared to that condo pricing.
