Anyone know what is the difference between the trade ins at https://www.samsung.com/sg/tradeup/ vs the trade in of device via the purchase page?

Why i ask is because, i noticed that there are difference in trade in values of the same device.

For example, S23 Ultra 512GB based on same condition, the Samsung Trade Up page offers a trade in value of up to $792 as indicative trade in while the purchase page offers an indicative price of up to $685 with the bonus $180.

Does it mean that for purchases we made via Samsung Shop Online are shortchanged? Or is it the case that trade ins via https://www.samsung.com/sg/tradeup/ can only be done for purchases made at channel retailers?
