Yes. Dont unbox it, and return for a refund. However, samsung refund process is very long though

I didn’t pick self collection because once I picked self collection, the price jumped back to full retail pricing without the discount. If I pick delivery, it reflects the correct amount after offsetting everything.

It was recommended to me by the friendly delivery lady.. So U can request for 1-1 exchange in case there's OOB defects.

I thought OOB defects can be accepted for returns as long as you report within a certain time frame?

Can return for a full refund within 14 days as long the seal isn't broken.

Have always been buying online through trade in so wasn't aware of the conditions. Anyway, kind of given up on constantly checking on emails or sms or asking CS. If it comes early good lor, if not 14 feb or whatever .
