offered me $100 e voucher to switch to titanium gray….

Yes, I'm having problem too.

UOB: no problem to add to Gpay, but can't add to SPay (only managed to add 1 card)
DBS: unable to add to both Gpay and SPay
Amaze: unable to add to btoh Gpay and SPay

my uob n ocbc ok . can add to spay and gpay on new phone. didnt disable on old phone in case i wan to use later ( not selling)

You might want to make your case known to them that, you have followed their SOP to report the cosmetic defect withon 24hrs of delivery.

This implies that, you should be entitled to a 1 to 1 swap.

I did, their response "We already escalated this to the respective team, right now kindly be advised to wait for an update from them."

Hopefully you got a copy of your report with them, later they say never report within 24hrs

No report copy but accounting to their agent there is a "record" inside their system. From my side I have the call log and WhatsApp chat history.

yes all cards need to removed from old devices as there is a max delimiter

Didn't think this should be the case, as I only have 1 card for Gpay. I primarily use Spay.
Besides, I have all my Spay cards on both phones.
Anyways, still doesn't work. I'll contact YT and see what they say.

My Order in Samsung app shows scheduled delivery date as 5 Feb. But status still in Preparing Order.

Called Samsung and they told me that the delivery date at their end is scheduled as 14 Feb and to ignore the 5 Feb date on the app.

Ordered the base S25 Pink Gold on launch date and still need to wait so long

Hi, like to ask, how come i cant see the bluetooth and alarm icon unless i pull down the notifcation bar down? Is this the one Ui 7 thing? How can I make it visible all the time like my S24U?
Also, when the phone is locked, the battery icon is on the top right side of the screen, is there anyway to remove it?
