I am actually still pissed with Samsung even though the phone was delivered on 5th Feb. I only got the Epp samsung care code one day after announcement date. Due to my enthusiasm I ordered on the day it was announced, 23rd Jan. Because of that, I lose out on the Samsung Care. Tried calling and sending emails, they just refuse to let me add on that Samsung Care promo code. Cancelling the order also cannot be done cause I have ordered 2 Galaxy buds 3 pro and they said if it's opened the whole order cannot be cancelled.
It's like leaving me with no choice. Thanks to that, using the new phone has given me a bad taste. And they have the cheek to call me at 9am ytd to ask if I ordered the new S25, why the need to ask?
