Not pixel or scratch Service Centre tech also got no idea what caused it.

I till now don't dare to use the phone later anything "appear" I jialat till now the device still power off :ROFLMAO:
If you can see the dot even when the phone is powered down, likely is:

1) Dust under screen
2) Manufacturing defect on the glass

To me both feel unreasonable. Option 2 is out of the question completely if you ask me. A brand new phone requiring a repair out of the box is complete nonsense. Option 1 is only viable if they let you use the current phone until they can replace it, and put it in writing that they will accept the exchange no matter the condition of the phone (to a reasonable extent of course like minor marks etc). Cause can't expect you to paste screen protector on a phone you will be exchanging. If they expect mint condition when exchange, then basically asking you to not use the phone and just let it sit in the box for over a month. Also unreasonable.

In this case, if change colour option can get immediately? or still need to wait that long? if still need to wait, then the only reasonable option left is return and immediate full refund. then just order again another colour or what if die die want S25U and nothing else.
Yes. I agree. I wont accept repair for a brand new phone either. I would rather wait for the exchange.

Did anyone else contact Samsung regarding the extra $100 trade in for S21 & S22 series and received a bullxxxx template reply as below:

Not new. I kenna before during S23 Ultra trade up. They lectured me 1 round, i still won the case because i produced enough evidence to show that it was a system glitch.

After I reiterated that the extra $100 trade in for S21 and S22 series was offered by Samsung and not CompAsia, this was their reply:

I'm quite sure the phone call is going to be some bullxxxx again.

Can any bro advise what are the other measures I can do? Like the other bro here, email the CEO?

I just felt that it's unfair to be penalised with the $100 lesser tradenin value for a similar promotion. Please tell me that I'm sane.

Bring up a few pointers.

You are an early adopter and have been a long time customer of Samsung.

You have absolute faith that they value customers equally and shouldn't be penalized for making an order too early given that this promotion happened even before your phone was delivered and it falls within the pre order period.

You strongly believe that fairness should be given to all customers.

I feel writing to CEO doesnt help. The person who calls you back is from the normal CA team too. I wrote and complained hard before to learn this

Is anyone using the "UGREEN Nexode 100W GaN 4-Ports Fast PD USB A USB C Charger"? It seems that when I use the USB C to charge my phone, it says "fast charging" only.

I am using a Samsung 25w charger is even faster charging at the office.

1. changed cable no difference
2. changed USB C port no difference

I tried another 2 chargers i had and I got SFC 2.0 at home, one is Samsung another Prolink.

I am wondering if this is an s25U limitation to this uGreen charger.
Still charges fast right with the ugreen? I'm using that one, will be using that to charge the S25U as well.

Better go for 1-1. I recall there was someone here who had problem with a brand new s24u last year and couldn't do anything even after going to small claims tribunal.
small claims still lose de. cause lemon law says the seller just need to repair for u to give u a functional set, if they not able to exchange. no die die sure fire 1-1 exchange de. also , lemon law only works for functional defect , not cosmetic .
