Hmm, after 3 days of learning usage pattern, it's finally done. But projected to last only 10 hours. not sure if i need to re-setup the phone again.

I received the email from compasia to acknowledge the trade-in.

However, under the "overtrade", it states as $0
"Overtrade value (if any): SGD 0"

Is this normal? Or the $180 overtrade is from Samsung and is considered separate?

When you paid for the phone the price is already stated there. Probably compasia wont know the breakdown in their system / email.

Yes. The counter staff gladly helped me made an appointment. She also noted mine is a brand new phone, SC+ might not be activated. So she told me, she will do the manual process to validate.
