Just received my set today, thinking whether to walk-in later to Vivo City store to paste, but not sure if they will entertain me since my SC+ not activated yet.

Should be OK. My SC+ also not yet activated. I walked in to Vivo SC and was accommodated. They did not even ask for purchase info. From system, they see my device has 1-year warranty only. I chatted with CSO online, said it takes a few days to update SC+. I just collected Feb17 (2 days ago). CSO said I will receive email in a few days.

Those with problem adding card to GPay, I think confirm need to resolve with the bank. Need to call in to bank, DBS told me it's the bank system block the verification by default as too many scams nowadays. They will need to open a window to allow you to add and verify.
After my call, immediately can add without issue.
