Agree on this, from the tilt of the car I think it would be near impossible to open the right side car door when it's resting on the asphalt like that, best the driver could do if still conscious is to cut the seatbelt then climb out from the broken window. From how fast there was a conflagration I cannot help but wonder if there is a LPG injection system installed for the engine as well.
