See taiwan can import so many Korean talent

Singapore sports no futures one. Govt say support also only if it doesn't hurt other interests (such as NS), or sudden success like get gold or silver in SEA games or olympics

Our national sport soccer also "support" until its now flopping like magikarp on top of a mountain

Then cheerleaders even dont need to talk, Singapore girls too pampered to go into cheerleading.

The baseball fields off West Coast Highway , turned into Paintball arenas last time I was there.

The Japanese kids from nearby used to play baseball there on Sunday mornings.

Maybe not enough people here to play anymore?

Baseball is also followed and watched mostly by Japanese, no surprise their kids also play them here

Local kids won't play de lah

Every weekend morn got play baseball but it is more for community purpose. But why must force people play baseball?

But in taiwan there’s a following in baseball but not quite big as before after pass match fixing scandals, nowadays the baseball lovers over in taiwan are just complaining that people are there just to see the cheerleaders than the matches itself and cheerleaders coverage in media getting more than the games and players too.

Only pro US colonies like japan, korea, taiwan have baseball culture. Singapore is british colony in the past.

A lot of culture we also don’t have mah. Mybfd.

Our culture ish HDB, Uniqlo, shopping mall, NTUC, Donki.

Sports. Simi sports? I don’t think we are a sports nation at all. Always hear people say don’t want lah so hot so humid so tiring. They rather go shopping malls than to play outside.

But personally I enjoy kayaking and rugby and basketball.
