@windwaver U mention before about tips for choosing NW unit ( Choose a block in front of you). Does this qualify ? Block 134B, stack 235 and 237 ?? Will affected by west sun from oct-mar ?

Based on this image found at stackedhomes, looks like all north west facing units will be getting direct west sun from April to July. But stack 201 should be a bit less than the rest.

Edit: sorry I missed the two stacks you mentioned. Yes looks like they are likely free of direct west evening sun. But of course when the sun is high around 1to 3pm then block 135A likely will not be able to block for you. Your floor will also affect how early the block in of you will block the sun.

Sep to Mar afternoon sun is in south-west, north-west for other months.

Low floors may not get any west sun, mid floors some while higher floors the most during Mar to Sep.

235's wall will get it all the time while 237 will be cooler. 235 will get affected by DOP while 237 the rubbish chute.

However 235 has a more open view so it really depends on what is your priority.

Just wondering - How long before the PCD would key collection be expected?

Or is it usually after PCD?

Wah knn mans. I suddenly got asked to attend flat selection for June 2024 BTO. My queue number was 200 over the number of units available. I managed to ballot successfully for Oct 2024 also but it means my ballot is voided. The BTO I want is the Oct one. :(

if singles, only less than 10 flat during selection then can waive. else 1 year ban.
if couple, can reject but will be treated as second timer.
For couples, can also reject with no penalty if less than 10 flats available based on your race. The HDB helpline staff told me over the phone.

regarding the signing agreement of lease for bto, hdb website stated that it is within 9mths after booking of flats. but in general/ average, how long do you usually wait for the signing agreement of lease after the 1st booking of flat appointment?

You mean the second appointment for downpayment? Mine was exactly one week after the first.

yes. 2nd appointment for the downpayment/ signing of agreement lease,
if 1st appointment is for the payment of option fee and flat selection.
