The one after this reminds me of a very old Ivy Lee and Jacelyn Tay drama and Sheryl reminds me of Ivy and Cheryl reminds me of Jacelyn haha. Trailer looks good, think Sheryl have much better role this time compared to the one with Ayden

As mentioned earlier, Sheryl's next drama was filmed mid last year but only airing after this show. Star Awards postpone to July to accommodate this show. Which means Sheryl's next drama won't be eligible for this year's SA in July. But mdc out of goodwill might let her win the Top 10 Female or the Top 3 Rising Stars this year.

Their move is very apparent they want to push Sheryl Ang to best actress and make it in a situation where she is almost 90% chance of winning, so they won't allow her show and Nyonya to compete for awards in the same awards ceremony.

Then they can justify that they're grooming Sheryl but only after the Nyonya show lor. Still put her and Cheryl in same drama, very apparent mdc want to groom both of them next after cocky and Tasha.

Then ppl also won't say the upper management kayu let Zetong win acting award so early just because he's the champion and that they show favourites to ss champions etc..

There were some really good performances from male artistes last year:

715 in 那一年的除夕夜
Ayden in To Be Loved
Brandon Wong in unforgivable (although his role is less flattering than the other two mentioned above)

Romeo role seem like a v important role as the main villain of the storyline alongside Dawn. Ayden like no more dramas with mdc although he still getting adverts. Heard he landed a role in a Netflix series in China

Not only Fann Wong, Carole Lin also won Best Actress at the age of 24

Also next year also got Fang Rong, she got her first lead role in the Xu Bin series, they taking the helm for the sg60 series, filming quite long, they just done in SG now filming with Carrie who just joined for the Malaysia filming.

Zoe Tay as matriarch

Shaun Chen, Xiu Jiekai and Romeo Tan are her sons. Sheila Sim the daughter.

Shaun married Jojo Goh and got a son, Nick Teo.

Xiu Jiekai married Jesseca Liu and got two children Tasha (adopted), Ferlyn (biological) and their son Yaoming who tragically die young.

Romeo Tan married Dawn Yeoh and they have three children: Herman Keh, Zhu Zeliang and cocky C.
