has this building and all existing Bangkok buildings design incorporate any earthquake factor ?
if not, i pray for BKK..

I recall back when tremors from Sumatra earthquakes became more prevalent in Singapore, govt confirmed that buildings can tolerate a certain threshold, but not earthquakes.
