the thread title already clearly states that it's about US markets, and the markets are moved by policy made by the US gov, so nature talk about tariff is unavoidable, but to move this into Current Affair Lounge straight away just because tarrif is being discussed is beyond my imagination ... if you go to any Finance section of News Portal, they will also talk about how tariff affects the stock markets and other financial markets broadly ...

our sgx reits have been going up recently.. u look at a few CICT, Ascendas , FCT ..all chiong..

Think US 10 years yield is dropping + singapore 10% tariff , one of the lowest so singapore now seems to be a safe haven, think fund managers pulling $$$ out from USA to here..

major corrections. because USA is still a major market to most MNC. what they did was to manufacture outside of USA and import it in. so that's going to be major hurt.
