Indeed similar as no one knows the immediate outcome after you buy.

But historical data shows US markets going up forever with time.

However , I believe there's no such data which show you definitely earn money if you buy toto or visit casino for prolonged period of time

I think a lesson in history may be worth a read at this point. Google for Smoot-Hawley Act and how it made a recession into a Great Depression and DJI dropped 90% in 3 years
