Sengkang Grand Mall at Buangkok MRT gets my vote.

It should not be called grand nor called a mall at all.

the open design is an utter ineffective use of space. There is not much shops and the ventilation doesn’t effectively get rid of the hawker centre’s cooking smells/oils. Bad design and bad shop variety. Not worth a visit for anyone who don’t live nearby.

Sengkang Grand Mall honestly still okay.

The worst, in my opinion, is International Plaza. Barely anything to call it a plaza. That is one is honestly worse than Sengkang Grand Mall.

International plaza is strata-titled. That’s why.

worst mall for moi? Don’t know. All malls r ok to me. VivoCity is a killer on weekends. The crowd.

for carpark, west gate, Jem, IMM.

This kind of half open concept no aircon

For the sake of winning environment award is a big turn off.

Mall is to attract shoppers stay there longer spend more.
