The whites carved out this area and absorbed it into AMK GRC coz they know the residents here damn dulan with Lam Pa Bin. They underestimated Lam Pa Bin who still single-handedly lost SK GRC.

Now that area is under the new Jalan Kayu SMC. Wonder if they still remembered this incident and if they still want the sell-out traitor who almost sold out NTUC income to sell them out again to the columbarium developers.

During a walk in Fernvale, I saw a young mother with her kids and some seniors under the blazing sun waiting for the green man to cross the road. I mentioned this at dinner and a thoughtful young person suggested Crosswalk Umbrellas! This can provide shade or even spray mist to keep pedestrians cool!

I think it’s a creative and practical suggestion that can enhance comfort and liveability in the area.

What do Fernvale-Jalan Kayu residents think? Shall we explore with a pilot to evaluate? Let me know your thoughts in the comments
