What PAP is stating is that Sengkang electorate has a choice.
If they wish to vote in WP for Sengkang.
Then they must live with what WP can deliver for them. This is a fair statement.

I guess this is warning that Sengkang will eventually become a SLUM.

Wah. Dr Lam sibei kumgong. He juz stab his PAP colleagues in all other GRCs and SMCs.. admiting they have more resources than oppositions. I suggest vote him out rah. He is PAP 猪队友 #1.

Don't talk cuck la... Everyone knows the moment oppo wins, all the town council company won't want to bid, citing no manpower. So freaking obvious. Only stupid people will believe.
