Not as much as one would expect…
Like I said before, a bulk of Rivervale and Compassvale is pretty old (really, u go stand at some roads all waiting to cross is lao lang one…

Rivervale now only got delta and Shores which is new bto… but shores is a huge estate, 2k+ units. Delta is already 10yo, many have since moved out.

Compassvale mast is 10yo too. Compassvale only beyond skgh got BTOs but a bulk of those are past 10yo mark too. Not like punggol most younger than 10yo.

/edited to add: Mast sold for 1m so many have already upgraded to other less slum estates…

Anchorvale is more like Punggol but it’s very small.

Fernvale a lot of BTOs but under JK and AMK
