I wasn't expecting them to send all the prominent new faces here, but definitely not a bunch whom i had never heard of to make up the numbers. I see them quite often around the more densely populated estates like bedok etc and they probably decided that it isn't worth sending a strong team. They are too conservative and it may just backfire.
