NCM has made an incorrect calculation. He should have gone to Potong Pasir SMC, where any candidate sent there is likely to win. Even Seetoh, who has been complacent in his role for the past decade, continues to receive support from the voters in Potong Pasir.

Why is Jalan Kayu not safe? It was under AMK GRC which did well. And I am sure the voting data is available and thoroughly analysed.

The previous election data are based off Jalan kayu when it was party of amk and anchored by pinky and against mosquito opposition.. now without pinky as the anchor and with worker party as the opposition, the result won’t be as one sided as you think.. just look at West Coast grc result in 2015 vs 2020.. it went from 78-21 to 51-48 simply because psp contested there instead of mosquito party

This is a stupid move by PAP regardless whether WP is contesting or not.

Just placed NCM under LHL or LW to guarantee a win. Going by back door is a norm in PAP. There is no need to feel shy. Latest guy is Victor. Lost 2 times but eventually elected under the shadow of LHL.

NCN should ask LW to do the same thing.
