Opposition parties should no join this type of roundtable it's a waste of time. Watching this really make me sick. Unless is a debate no point to join such show. Anyway Michael from WP is very impressive. Just my thought.

they can always give vouchers to help existing homeowners with loans which they are best at .

it is an idea that can be further refined. for eg land cost is not included in the purchase price but when they sell then it is included and you have to return the extra profit. this way the crash wont be so much.
