Now Singaporean want to give Lawrence Wong strong mandate because he is very difference from Pinky from middle class background and also seems to represent commoner than Pinky. If he screw up the tariff taskforce and make life more difficult for low income people then people will swing back to the opposition

Doesn't this show that he can resonate with us better? Don't judge him too quickly when GE is not over. Let's do this again in 2030

No. The thing about new citizens is they can actually appreciate what thr PAP has done for the country unlike some ungrateful swine. They come from other countries and can see the life here is better. Some Singaporeans go overseas for holiday to nice places for a few days then come back and compare and be unhappy.

Majority of Tiongs in China if able to have free elections. They will surely vote for CCP.
