Do you like to cook fried rice?

That's one of the few things I can cook that is edible.

Of coz my skill damn power one, half the rice will end up outside the wok by the time I finish...
That is very professional! Zi char chef also did the same thing....:eek:

One of my fav dish to cook but a bit troublesome because need to plan ahead and cook a pot of rice to keep overnight. Freshly cooked rice too much moisture for frying , overnight rice left in fridge is best.
Just eggs, luncheon meat or bacon and lots of spring onions. I dun put veg because it tends to leak water when cook and make the fried rice mushy

I used to use overnight rice too. but somehow doesn't work as well as freshly cooked rice.....:(:(:(

maybe my fire not hot enough....the rice all crump together....:eek:

why not satisfying sometimes? too wet or too dry? not enough ingredients?
not sure what's lacking
but ok lahh .. not say too bad
nor too awful

maybe need to add more onions/garlic
