Use to run alot like 5 days a week... 5km or so... I will change every 6-9 months...

Now just buy whatever that is around $50 for everyday work use. Everyday is easy for me to clock 10-18k steps.
I like ultra boost so always have one and get them during sale at around $130 or so...

Ex stock or old model, nowadays I hardly buy Nike anymore.
I go for Sketchers for walking shoes.
Running shoes will still be Nike.
I still have a old Nike Pegasus, newer model I don't like cuz the design gets tighter.

I suspect trump tariff, then now they cannot ship these shoes to USA, got global surplus and cheaper for everybody. Thanks trump for putting America last, sacrifice them for the greater good.

Depending on cushion tech, they got a few, air max,zoomx,react,normal epa, and etc.

not nike cmi, its their top range is too expensive.

their top of the line alphafly 3 damn expensive......for a pair of nike top range shoe, i can buy 3 china top end shoes with change, that comes with carbon plate.

asics also ex lah.....wanted to buy novablast, but 200 plus.....end up i buy a pair of 李宁碳板跑鞋 at half the price.

so far clock 50km in it. very good cushioning and light weight.

Based on my experience with trainers (cross training shoes), the ones from Puma last for a long time... even with soles worn out still good grip. The ones that I bought from Nike and Adidas, the soles get worn off easily and prone to slip at the gym just after 1 year. I go to the gym quite frequently and rotate between 3 to 4 shoes.

I buy Puma shoes only now. Price is cheaper, last longer and I don't go for design anymore.
