A 13-year-old girl in Singapore was caught for using a drug-laced vape, after behaving erratically outside the State Courts on Apr 24. Authorities say she appeared intoxicated, unsteady and oblivious of her surroundings. Her vape was found to contain a controlled drug, etomidate. Nikhil Khattar reports.
