MUST WATCH: Altis Stopped On Lane 1 of Expressway, Resulting in Chain Accident

At 48 seconds, got 2 bikers cut in when altis was going to filter left.
Altis stopped for the 2nd biker to clear.

Even then, how could the driver just stop on lane 1 just like that???? If miss the exit, just move on la! We are talking about Lane 1 of EXPRESSWAY leh. Imagine all the vehicles behind him on the overtaking lane having to jam brake because of this inconsiderate driver. On closer look, it seems the car is heavily tinted too (no?).

Not forgetting trying to cut through a divider!
