Agree that adult should act like one.
I still think the minors should not be let off so easily esp for those promiscuous “minors”. (15yo is very close to 16yo already). The law should still take action based on case-by-case.
Just because they are minors does not mean they should be exonerated automatically cos not all minors are innocent angels la
