for old people and kids can try sccc, the free interactive exhibition on the 2nd floor is ok

good place to waste time and Aircon too

after that can go rooftop enjoy the view

You need to be more specific on what kind of gems you are seeking and for what purpose.

Just for viewing, walk around, say 30 min max.. anywhere, air con or no air con, open space or in the building..or outside in the wild.
