why is the doctor at the brunt of criticism? its a business decision.. the questions should be whether govt intervention is required

they interviewed the company that put in the bid, they explained they will be opening the clinic for longer hours expecting to go through up to 90 patients a day. Imagine that, $30 consultation (before medication), 90 patients = $2700 per day x 1 month (avg 30 days) = $81000. So 52k rental is definitely doable if the math works out.

90 patients for 12 hrs could be easily meet for weekday. If U really notice about it since covid till now.....every weekdays patients r flooding in the clinic

Same as national median salary..

So 52k rental is justifiable..

Tio bo ??
No lah. He just want to use his medical license to sell expensive services. Just watch where the revenue come from. It won't be from consultation fees. It will be from treatment fees - $6K or $60K per treatment - u can choose from his menu

That is actually correct, but usually the last resort. Cuz it is expensive to launch such intervention.

Next contractor will dig back the same road same area again..

Really waste of time and taxpayer money.

Same thing repeatedly for few contracts
