Even if she was looking for the organizer after getting out of her car, how can she not see the uncle standing right in front of her with hand stretched out ? not like asking her to stop and chat with him, give him 1 cursory limp handshake will take how long, 0.5 sec ?

More likely than not she definitely saw him but decided he was a nobody and tried to skip him. Typical SAF pattern, very title and hierarchy conscious

The video when zoom in , see the redshirt uncle extend both hands to welcome her after close the door .but was rejected handhake 2 times.
The final time so call handshake is not even handshake. Is like touch n go .

I watched that video again. The uncle helped open her car door and was the 2nd person to greet her. Even common courtesy would dictate that you acknowledge his presence instead of pretending he is transparent
