KNN Ninja van really unprofessional, just chunk my parcel at doorstep.
Lucky I got check whether the package deliver else if I go sleep.
Proably this parcel someone else will take it.

Whether foreigner doing delivery or not, not all staff really professional.
Like last time I ordered something at least the person take a photo
send to my WhatsApp say item delivered.

This time don't have just chunk the item outside.
Kind of piss when I see a item I brought treated like rubbish.
PS this order is through Amazon.

nowadays the checkbox to say don't leave at doorstep useless one. you probably need to include in the message to remind the seller not to do so , but got to make sure you quickly collect or else take up their time

Second best is to collect from a retail shop with a PIN.

Delivery by SingPost to your letterbox is even better but that usually is for small items.

Most of my lazada shopee delivery these days is like that
No ring doorbell or anything. Just put at front door, then 5 mins later get the app notification that delivery successful

Frankly speaking I order so many items, I would rather they simply leave it at my door. I don’t have the time to receive all orders, and the busy delivery man has no time to knock on every door to hand deliver.

I have a door cam to monitor all deliveries.

Usually, Ninjavan will send you telegram messages before and after delivery. The shopping app should also give you a notification that the goods have been delivered.

Did you buy from seller's own platform? Nonetheless, ninjavan will have the ninjabot notification to know they are coming that day and will have another notification once delivered. I'm using telegram but Whatsapp should have too I think.
