If you mean someone should buy intel. That's probably not going to happen. No foreign companies will be allowed to buy intel. No US tech companies will be allowed to buy intel because it might create a monopoly.

And what off it? The US government will not allow another tech company to buy intel because it creates a monopoly. That's why Microsoft didn't buy intel. Why Nvidia didn't buy intel and so on.

Foreign companies are prohibited from buying intel because intel has technologies that are national security.

Another tech company buying won't happen. The US regulators will block any purchase or merger between intel and another tech company. It's why Microsoft which benefits them the most didn't take over intel.
