Red shirt uncle: Gan Siow Huang is a good minister. She want to keep her handphone in pocket so did not shake hand with me at first.

Hello, he don't want to say anything is his prerogative. Public has theirs. You also comment on many others things that are not your "first person perspective", why don't you keep silent?

:(
So why are armchair psychics like you are upset after getting called out? Assume and assume even though uncle has already cleared the air and explained in detail. The other video that was closer to them showed no intentional snubbing or any other forms of malice, and is more in line with what he said. You are not even there.

And why are you answering for him?

Upset? I'm just pointing out that the public has as much of a right to comment on the matter as the uncle even if he choses not to say anything. Nothing has been "cleared". In the first place, there was nothing to clear because the first video already showed the same body language (she saw the extended hand but did not shake it even after "keeping her phone". In the end, it was the guy that took her hand to shake it) as the second video. It's the same exact sequence of events. That body language is up for interpretation. The uncle may not feel like it is a snub (and that's his prerogative like I said), but clearly many of the public beg to differ.

Going by the same logic, you weren't there either. So how can a similar "armchair psychic" like you give your opinion?

Public has a right to comment, that's why I have the right to comment on your posts too. Public are free post opinions, public are not free from criticism after posting recklessly as well. Is that too hard to understand? You desperately wanted the minister to fail and seem upset that the guy defended her. I never mentioned he is right or wrong like you. It has been cleared by the "victim" himself, and that the other vid was more in line with what he said, not some no-name troll on the internet sitting at home all day trying to speak for him. Learn to read.

Actually majority of ppl who kpkb online here just have a lot of negativity in them. They are just projecting their miserable lives and ventilate their frustration at a target. The whole reaction does not even make sense.

All the females i have asked IRL say that they will not accept the approach of a stranger who she did not know and open two hands like a hug. This is especially so when the front of her body was exposed to the guy. She may be a General but she is still female.

Upset at him defending her? Lol, I even expected him to do so because he would be under pressure to do so. If I were upset at him, I wouldn't have said that it is his prerogative to feel about how she treated him. But apparently that flew over your head.

I got say I want the minister to fail? Don't come and strawman me. Ironic that you talk about "upset" when you resort to your old habit of bringing in strawman whenever other posters counter your post.

I did not say that he is right or wrong either. Neither did I speak for him. You love putting words in other people's mouth? On the contrary, it's you who are acting like you are speaking for him.

Also, logic fail. He "cleared" about how he felt about it means others should feel the same as him? I said nothing has been "cleared" because the second video does not show any major differences from the first.

Again, going with your logic of "you weren't there", why are you still giving your opinion on it?

When one takes up an office or station, do the job and execute the duties as required and expected.

Gender has no place in the equation.

Bring up strawman and argued in strawman, hah. He did cleared the air. He did not think it was a big deal. You don't speak for him. You don't think for him. You are just a faceless person online. You wanted to believe that minister was in the wrong so desperately. Isn't it obvious? Sit down.

Sit down. He doesn't speak or think for me, neither do you. He only "cleared" what he felt, others are not obligated to feel the same way as him about it. And neither was that my point of contention, you are the one dragging in other stuff. Not once did I argue that he should think it is a big deal.

Believe? Seeing is believing, it's not like the matter is based on hearsay, we have an actual video to draw our own conclusions.

I was only here briefly. You are the one beating the dead horse and trying to shove your opinions down people's throats ad nauseam + speaking for him. I am obliged to my views like you, but you are not obliged speak for and change the account of someone who was there. You are not expressing opinions, you are trying to speak for him unlike me. Clear?

Lol, so much for "this is a forum and everyone is entitled to their opinions". Then what are you trying to do here, shove it down mine?

Again, you put words in my mouth. Not once did I say that's not what he experienced. I clearly stated that it is my interpretation of the matter. Do you not understand the meaning of "that's his prerogative"?

Your interpretation of what? Blurting out the same stuff, ad nauseam like you are desperately trying to believe the minister wanted to snub him.

Ironic that you mention ad nauseam when you are the one sounding like a broken record. At this point, it's clear you are veering to person insults instead of discussing the matter.
