No. Panadol suppresses the pain receptors as well as fever. However the panadol with cold and flu etc do have additional stuff to help with other symptoms such as running nose and even cough. But all these just help to supress the symptoms for your body to heal itself which is usually the case.

The only meds i believe that can help fight the virus is anti biotics. But we don't prescribe them as much because there's a chance the virus becomes immune to it and you have to move to a stronger one

Btw I'm not a medical professional so i can be wrong
antibiotics are for treating bacterial infection not virus. no cure for viral infection, meds only can manage the symptoms.

Like those who are well-informed, I’ve never contracted COVID. In case you ask if I’m vaccinated, no, I’m not.

Your “prevention” vs cure
U can’t tell the difference

U r confused (or trying to market your product in the dark)

Then why body feels so terrible with zero medication

Becoz your immune system is fighting/clearing the virus and the side effects of viral infections.

That's why doctors usually only give you panadol and some other medications to relieve the symptoms. Having more vitamin C will help your body clear the virus faster. But this doesn't apply to all flu, there are serious cases where anti-viral drugs are needed. So still need to go see doctor.

The reason why some ppl say viral flu has no cure is becoz virus are dead unlike bacteria

Er. Very poor understanding.

most western meds work by providing symptomatic relief until the antibodies (immune system) of one’s body stop the infection.

of cos, exception wld be antibiotics and anti viral drugs.
