Why not mandate that owners of such vehicles buy/bid for season parking at HDB carparks with charging stations?

I dun think typical family need 3 pma for delivery les 4 .

LTA lax enforcement on pma always been the biggest issue especially ppl buy pma to circumvent ebike/pmd enforcement.
