Yes vouchers are not cash but I don't advocate giving cash too. Some will spend on buying cigarettes or lottery. Some would spend in JB.

Vouchers is not just to help YOU. It is used to help the local retail and small F&B scene at the same time.
There is always the option to pass the vouchers to other needy groups
