The ingredient itself is already under the Poison Act. That is already covered. Still need another for what? Give the option to chose which one to use?

Just amend the Poison Act can already.

I suspect this could be from the tiongs. It's like opium was introduced 200 years ago and the people got addicted, then HK was lost.

Can see tiongs pushing for other countries to be humiliated as the way it did 200 years ago. First was the debt trap that Sri Lanka fell into, now their ports were under tiongs control for 99 years. Does this sound like Hong Kong?

And now for vapes ... I foresee it is a new method of drug consumption.

The minimum fine for possession of vape should be raised to $5k, with informants getting a $1k from the fine.

This will encourage people to tell on those who vape.

We never know if vapes are laced with drugs.

GOOD IDEA.

Erm.... hide? Hide vape stick in school? Hide vape stick in letterbox? Hide vape stick in school bag?

1 place teachers check. The other 2 places parents will check. Tell me got any other place to hide? Plus if kid hide it in the house, I'd really like to see what kinda thoroughly f*cked up parent that doesn't know every nook and canny in the house and doesn't clear up the house.
Some vapes are not easily recognisable. They may look like an ordinary pen for eg.

The common excuse is always, "I don't know..."

Parenting means pulling whatever tricks you had used, not used and even thought about and applying it to your kid. Cos those will be the tricks that kids will be pulling outta their arse as well.
Nowadays parents very helpless one. Everything push to the school and expect sch to manage but when sch call them down to strategies they everything say they cannot.
