HSA/SPF should come with such incentives & marketing strategy.

Sure can catch many!!!
Pawning sinkies is what sinkies Best at.

Vapers too common, they won’t have the money to payout. Just go one round in a neighbourhood area can always see so many vapers. The $100 will become 10k easily

Offenders who consume controlled drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act may face a jail term of not less than one year but not more than 10 years and also a fine not exceeding S$20,000. Repeated offenders will be meted with more severe punishments.

From Jul. 21, HSA's hotline service for the public to report vaping offences will be expanded to operate seven days a week, including public holidays, with extended hours from 9am to 9pm.

Members of the public can call the hotline, managed by HSA's Tobacco Regulation Branch, at 6684 2036 or 6684 2037.

I’ve not heard of kpod until this month when it’s all over the news.

Has it been a problem for a while?

It’s way too late. Many smokers in sg already switch to vape as it’s around 10% to the cost of cigarettes. Unless sg Govt reduce the costs of cigarettes by at least 50%, vape will only become more popular

I think so but then again, it’s not easy given the large governing organisations we have and the busy schedules recently year.

Also can do it for speeding then I get my friend to drive in lane 2 and film all cars on lane 1

Can recoup all my investments very fast

And best. I will come to HWZ and tell people not to hog lane 1
lol but what’s your contribution? Why would your friend who is doing the driving and catching want to split the proceeds with you?
