Thanks to me bo lui as well as all the greedy bakkwa sellers and F&B operators, I have not eaten bakkwa for 4 years and am eating less meat more veggies and fruits.

Every morning wake up I would pang a very solid nice sai with keyi colour, and nowadays I feel healthier compared to me in my thirties and early forties.

So far this is the only good thing I can think off for being poorer.
imo one of issue was folks were eating too much. especially those JB chiongsters, cheap, good, big portions eat like no tomorrow. which overstressed digestion system which took longer to digest. and they think they are saving $$$ & enjoying life :ROFLMAO:

I hope there is a pill to replace the puke inducing laxatives you have to take one day before the procedure.

If you want to avoid vegetable oil totallythen cannot eat outside food. Must be practical also bah.
So don't eat caipng too often. Eat rice with soup or beehoon soup but drink the sodium-laden soup sparingly.

Had my first colonoscopy done at age 31 due to weight loss and bloated feeling. Subsequently over the course of 2 decades, had more scopes done, both upper and lower, due to acid reflux, bloated feeling etc.

After 3 decades, then found out I had an autoimmune condition which likely caused all the symptoms and many others, including early hearing loss. I have since warned all my nieces and nephews (especially females) to watch out for autoimmune diseases which seem to run in our family, females only.

Mr Ambrose Lee was 36 in 2022 when he found out he had colon cancer.

SINGAPORE – Mr Ambrose Lee was 36 when he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer – a disease that usually strikes those in their 50s and older.

In July 2022, he experienced heart palpitations and shortness of breath. He would feel unusually winded after walking short distances, something he attributed to the lingering effects of a Covid-19 infection.

Mine is quite a rare type and mortality rate is high if it affects the major organs. Many have bowel and gut issues. No cure but only treat symptoms. On oral drugs to suppress the immune system. Have to see my rheumatologist every 3 months to check blood because the drug to suppress the immune system comes with its own nasty side effects.

caipng often use cheap veg oil in large quality during cooking.

learn to prepare own food. carb + protein + veg isn't too difficult to prepare. i use sunflower oil in small amount. some food may not need oil like salmon or chicken with skins on.

or just pack Sandwich or salad bowl

not too helpful article, good if he could share his dietary habits
I think we need to reduce processed food, refined sugar and vegetable cooking oil

Someone also mentioned microplastics but it's everywhere these days :(
