intc is a safe bet at $20 using some spare change. it's too late to enter all the good stocks now. have to wait for correction. it's easier to win betting on intc with a few shares than betting on toto. that's what i do with my dividends. intel has $12.9 billion of revenue. people are buying their products. there's still alot of things to be done. tan lip-bu needs time. i don't gamble with options though
