But usually only new development use gas dryer. Quite costly to install, not just buy and plug.

Quite normal nowadays
Thought its the norm for the compressor unit to be outside. If put inside, got aircon like no aircon as the heat will put purge out inside instead. Local one still ok, if don't have the aircon ledge for such, many just put up a rack under their window. Not really standardise place, just logical for many.

Got saw in social media CN the building management is forced all of them to be standardised in one place only. And sometimes really seems abit inhuman, not very logical, if not, not very safe. For the specific place is at the side of the building wall away from the windows.

There are no support whatsoever there. Just the plain wall. So, need to own self climb out very far, punch holes in the wall to put up anchor points so as to be able to move there. And then punch holes further in the walls to put up rack to support the unit. Everytime do something to the aircon need to punch holes. Wonder how can the wall tahan so much holes punching.

So, the aircon installation man there need to be very skilled wall climber as well, wearing all the climber gears, just to do anything to the aircon. It seems a very dangerous job there, with the human and machine all hanging by ropes most of the time.

the upstairs units cham sia, windows aircon all black black liao. :frown:
From the pic, immed above and below badly damaged, windows melted, so appliances, electric wiring all need to change. 2 units above can't see, maybe wash and repaint + inspection enough. Are neighbors able to claim fire insurance? Any Financial planner can advise?

Third party insurance if they didn't buy.
Else too bad.
